 Race Briefing repeated at 5pm, 6pm, 7pm

 50km BEAST: 7:30am 

 30km BEAST Lite A batch: 8:30am 

 30km BEAST Lite B batch: 8:35am 

 12km Baby BEAST A batch: 9:00am 

 12km Baby BEAST B batch: 9:10am 

 Race Day Parking

There will be NO parking at Forries on Race Day.
We have arranged Special parking in the SACS grounds, 2 mins from Forries. Collect Parking Voucher at Tuesday Registration only.

 Compulsory Items 

50 & 30km

1. Charged  Cell Phone  (add 072 924 2371 Energy Events)
2.  Waterproof jacket , thermal base layer, buff or beanie
3.  Food   = energy bars, sandwich, fruit, nuts, chocolate
4.  Hydration  – Minimum 1 litre to start race!
5. Space Blanket, headlamp, whistle
6.  Map  (this is best saved onto your phone, as an image, and as a kmz file into Google Earth, Strava etc)
7.  Reusable cup 

12km

 Our events are Green & Enviro friendly – No Water Sachets, No Paper Cups.
So, bring your own CUP, or buy our funky branded one at Race Reg, R20, if you would like to drink Coke or Water from a Cup.
