Starting & Ending at the Jan van Riebeek High School festival –  of great eats, drinks and entertainment. This challenging 22km trail run takes you on a full tour of Signal Hill and Lions Head.

Presented by the makers of Table Mountain Challenge, Two Oceans Trail Run and Bastille Trail Runs, this event will rock your socks!

LATE REGISTRATION

Late registration will be open from 5:30am on race morning, at the race venue, in front of clubhouse. Please arrive at least 45min before your race start, to pick up your pack.

Pre-Registration, strongly advised.

Wednesday, 11 March and Thursday 12 March at Sportsmans Warehouse, Regent Street, Sea Point. From 11:00am to 18:00pm

You may send someone to collect on your behalf.

Tame the Lion 22km = R400 (Including T-shirt)

Lion Cub 12km = R200 (Optional T-shirt)
