Race Registration and Briefing:

This is COMPULSORY to attend on Friday 21st, in Tamboerskloof –  De Hoop Avenue (Jan van Riebeeck  parking field) at 18h30

Start Venue:

Long Beach – Simonstown at 06h00.
2 Starts; being Tug boats first, followed by Surfskis.

Cut – Offs:
Abseil: 18h00
Finish: 20h00 – Prizegiving

Entry fee = R 500p/p
Team of 2 = R1 000
Team of 4 = R2 000

Enter as a team of 2 or 4. Entries are Limited.

Disciplines:

Trekking/ trail running – 30km
Mountain Biking – 55km
Abseiling – 110m (No experience needed)
Sea Paddling – 15km
Navigation

Seconds are compulsory:

They will be driving your equipment ahead to your transition points in preperation for the next leg. Maps for each leg will be handed over to participants only at the start of that specific leg.

Boats:

Seakayak/ Surfski or sit-on-top kayak – easy navigation. If you do not have your own, one can be rented from R400. E-mail us to request one
